How to Ensure You Receive Email Announcements from The Etsy Selling Formula Team

1. Log into your Kajabi account: Visit http://theetsysellingformula.com/library and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to your profile: Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the page and click on your profile picture or name. From the dropdown, select Settings.

1. Navigate to communication preferences: In your account settings, look for the section labeled Email Preferences.
2. Check your subscription options: Make sure to check the box that says “Receive email notifications.” This allows us to send you announcements, updates, and reminders related to your course and community.

Sometimes, emails can end up in the spam or junk folder. 

To avoid missing any important communication, follow these steps to add us to your email safe list (also known as whitelisting):

1. Locate our emails: Search your inbox for recent emails from us. If you find any in the junk/spam folder, mark them as Not Spam.
2. Add us to your contacts: Add our email address to your contacts list or address book in your email provider. This will ensure our future emails are delivered directly to your inbox.

For extra assurance, you can adjust your email provider’s spam filter settings to prioritize emails from us. If you’re not sure how to do this, check the support section of your email provider for specific instructions.
