Cancellation Process:
Accessing Your Account Settings:
- Begin by logging into your Kajabi account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of the screen where your avatar photo is located.
- Click on your avatar photo to reveal a dropdown menu, and then select "Settings" from the options provided.
Navigating to Billing Information:
- Within the Settings menu, locate and click on "Billing Info" situated in the top right corner of the page.
- This action will redirect you to the billing information section, where you can manage your payment details and membership subscription.
Cancellation Procedure:
- In the billing information section, you will find options to update your credit card information or cancel your membership.
- To proceed with canceling your membership, click on the relevant option provided.
- Follow the prompts and confirm your decision to cancel your subscription.
Important Note:
It is essential to understand the implications of cancelling your membership. As a membership-based structure, access to all membership content is contingent upon active subscription status. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all membership content, including past months' materials. Please consider this carefully before proceeding with the cancellation process.
